Your mission
Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge is as follows:
- Translate business requirements into process mining use cases and technical solutions using Celonis
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models, analyses, dashboards, and visualizations within the Celonis platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, implement, and monitor relevant KPIs and process performance metrics
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure data quality and process transparency
- Support the migration from interim reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., Impact) to the Celonis platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, data, and performance-related issues to ensure stable operations
- Document technical solutions, best practices, and project outcomes, and communicate results to technical and business stakeholders
- Support project planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
Your profile
Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another related field, or a comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience as a Celonis Developer or in a similar Process Mining role
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, including data modeling, dashboard development, and process analysis
- Good understanding of process mining methodologies and business process optimization
- Experience defining and implementing KPIs, as well as monitoring data quality and process performance
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- A self-driven and proactive working style with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills in English (C1 level); German language skills are considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is considered an advantage
